“I love it! I had no idea my period could help me so much!”

“I’ve loved working with Kim! I’m a labor and delivery nurse, so I thought I knew all about women’s hormones, but little did I know they also played a huge role in me working out -- or in my case when I didn’t want to workout. By tracking my period, Kim found out I’m estrogen-sensitive and now plans workouts based off of that! Now, I don’t have as hard of exercises when I’m ovulating because she knows I’ll be weaker and have more intense workouts when I’m at my “strongest.” I love it! I had no idea my period could help me so much! Now I’m obsessed with knowing everything about my cycle and taking advantage of all the stages. "

“I have shocked my friends and family with my improvement as a triathlete.”

“I moved to PNW about two years ago, and I was incredibly lucky to meet Coach Kimberly. Lucky is an understatement. As a Midwesterner, hills were not my ‘cup of tea.’ Thanks to my customized workout and one-on-one sessions, Coach Kimberly has made me stronger. I enjoy biking the PNW hills more than I had ever imagined! Coach Kimberly has also had a positive influence on my confidence in training and races. I have shocked my friends and family with my improvement as a triathlete. I am glad that she is my coach for my first IronMan. She is so awesome that my Midwest friends are hiring her as well. Results speak louder than words!”

“Without Kimberly’s coaching and encouragement, I’d be weaker, slower, and probably overtrained.”

“I’ve been working with Kimberly for several years now, for personal training and triathlon coaching. She’s coached me to several age-group podium finishes (including first place more than once!). What makes Kimberly great is that she knows how to train ME – a middle-aged, post-menopausal woman with a chronic disease and a couple of injuries. She’s got me lifting “heavy shit” several times a week, doing high-intensity training (when I’d much rather be doing long-distance swims, bikes, & runs). She builds in more rest than I’d give myself, and her nutritional advice is spot-on. Without Kimberly’s coaching and encouragement, I’d be weaker, slower, and probably overtrained. I love Kimberly!”
