What are ergogenics, and why are they important?

An ergogenic is something that enhances performance, stamina, or recovery. It's important because it can have a significant effect on performance.

Why does tracking my period help me with workouts?

Your period has four phases. In each phase, your hormones create different physiology. Sometimes you are using carbs for fuel, other times you are using fats. Sometimes you are better at endurance, and sometimes you are better at strength.

If you track your period and know what phase you are in, you can cater to your workouts and nutrition accordingly.

If I have an irregular period, does this affect my programs?

Yes! Many women have irregular periods for various reasons. Your plan is customized to manage hormonal changes.

If I'm in menopause does any of this apply to me?

Absolutely. Even without a period, there are many strategies in place to help with the shift in hormone patterns. Tracking your hormones will combat symptoms that might hurt performance.

How do I track my period?

You will track your period with an app provided by the program. Your customized plan is based on where you are in your cycle. . If you do not have a monthly bleed due to birth control, there are other methods to track your hormones.

This is my first time training for a triathlon. Is this program right for me?

First-time triathletes are absolutely encouraged to start training!

Where do personal training workouts take place?

In-home, at a personal gym, or outdoor location (weather dependent).

Is there a group workout option or only personal training?

Group training up to 4 individuals is available upon request.

Is there a nutritional component?

Depending on your goals and the package you purchase, yes!

How do you receive access to the blog?

Athletes or clients who pay for monthly or weekly packages have access to the articles, tips, and information in the blog.
